Procrastination again
So its not even Spring semester already and I've already managed to procrastinate. I got a speeding ticket some time ago when coming back from a rugby game at Longwood. I went to court, yada-yada, and have to take a driving course to get the charge dropped.
Well all this has to be done by the fifth. I was like...okay I have plenty of time! Doh! I forgot about the holiday and holiday shipping and all that nonsense. So I have to finish my online driving course tonight so I can take the test tomorrow and get the certificate overnighted to my apt....so it can get here by Friday...For me to take it to the clerks office on Monday.
Yay for paying oodles to get something overnighted, only to receive it two days later. X_X
Well atleast the info is somewhat interesting and the videos are amusing. If you ever need to take a driving course and are allowed to do one online, go to "I Drive Safely"...Its one of the cheapest ones and doesn't require you to sit 8 hours straight, you can log in at your own leisure. Just give yourself enough time to receive the certificate.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) estimates that there are 100,000 police-reported crashes resulting in 1,550 deaths and 71,000 injuries annually as the result of drowsy driving. 62% of drivers drive when they are tired. 50% of fatal crashes involve single vehicle collisions where the vehicle travels off the road, rolls over or collides with a fixed object. 40% of adults are so tired that it interferes with their daily activities. Studies have shown that sleep impaired drivers' reaction times and performance skills are as poor as alcohol-impaired drivers'.

24/5 Library Hours, Project Update
Its nice to know that the VCU library will be open 24 hours Sun-Thur for exams. Maybe I'll actually get something done. :) I need to finish my powerpoint and revise some things. It says that all the computer labs will be open so thats good. For whatever reason my laptop doesn't have powerpoint on it. I think it should with XP Professional....but whatever.
Not to sure how I'm going to do in my Concepts class this year. X_X It makes me think of the beginning of the year when a senior was in the class. I was wondering what she did to have to retake the class. But I guess Im figuring that out.
I feel as if my project is really meaningful but just not quite there.
Dinner.

Then ebbbbooonyyyy? :) I miss my gf.

Reflecting
This picture was taken last year during my advanced darkroom class. My teacher wasn't very impressed with the series. Anyway, I'm posting it because it shows how Im feeling right now and echoes back to a time of similar feeling.
Its the end of the semester and I'm scrambling to get things done. I wanted this semester to be a semester of bringing up my GPA and getting things done. At the beginning it seemed like cake. Now that I am at the end I see that it started way to slow and stacked everything at the end.
I will get everything done. . . I always do. Its just how much stress am I going to go through the next two weeks.
